  • Flat, unhurried narrationThe narrator is a person recounting something, not performing it. Any theatricality signals fiction and kills the argument the format depends on. This is the niche where a soft, even voice outperforms a dramatic one.
  • End on the questionState the verdict the narrator got, or ask the viewer for one, and stop. The last five seconds are where the comment volume is decided, and a summary in that slot wastes them.
