Deleting your data from CASTMINT
You can delete your CASTMINT account — and all personal data associated with it — at any time, yourself.
Option 1: delete your account in the app (instant)
- Log in to your account at castmint.app.
- Go to Dashboard → Settings.
- In the Danger zone section, choose Delete account and confirm.
This permanently deletes your account, generated videos, uploaded assets, connected social accounts (including the access tokens we stored for them) and all other personal data we hold about you, except data we are legally required to retain (e.g. invoices — see the Privacy Policy for retention details).
Option 2: request deletion by e-mail
If you cannot access your account, send a deletion request from the e-mail address associated with it to: support@castmint.app. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days at the latest, as required by the GDPR.
Data from connected platforms (Google, TikTok, Instagram/Meta)
If you connected a social account (YouTube, TikTok or Instagram), we only store the OAuth tokens and the account or channel name needed to publish your videos on your request. Disconnecting the account in Dashboard → Social immediately deletes those tokens; deleting your CASTMINT account deletes them as well. You can additionally revoke CASTMINT's access in the security settings of the given platform.
